Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" 
or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise.

If you decide to return your purchase with in 7 days of the 
receipt simply because you have Changed your Mind, 
we will process your request after deducting 15% of the invoice 
value (this is to compensate certain administrative and other 
expenses involving booking and cancellation - please bear with us).
